Shwe May is a senior manager with more than 10 years of professional experience. She provides Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) assurance services and Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) to clients in Singapore.

Her sustainability assurance experience spans both SGX-listed companies and large non-listed entities, covering the evaluation of sustainable finance-related frameworks and reports, as well as the assessment of key ESG metrics. These include Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, waste, water, and various social and governance indicators.

Playing key roles in both internal and external training, Shwe May has delivered programmes such as Deloitte's Global Sustainability Assurance Methodology and ESG assurance accreditation courses launched by Deloitte member firms in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. She has also led training initiatives including “ESG Essentials” and “Sustainable Finance,” in collaboration with Enterprise Singapore.

Subashini is an ESG professional with over 3 years of experience in sustainability assessment and reporting. As Regional Team Lead at TO CERT, she oversees Independent Verification Analysts who support companies pursuing B Corp certification across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the US.

Her expertise includes ESG reporting using the B Impact Assessment (BIA), evaluating social and environmental performance, reviewing legal and disclosure requirements, and supporting certification processes across diverse industries.

She has conducted internal ESG training, co-facilitated external workshops, and mentored new analysts on ESG frameworks and tools. With a background in operations and team leadership, she brings valuable insights into ESG performance tracking, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability integration.

Ganesan Kolandevelu

Ganesan is a Certified ESG Analyst, conferred by The European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS). With over 6 years of experience, he has led more than 100 projects across Southeast Asia, focusing on Climate Risk Assessment, TCFD, Climate Advisory, net zero and decarbonization, and most recently, IFRS ISSB projects.

He recently conducted a workshop with a large multinational energy company in Thailand, covering a wide range of environmental and sustainability areas. These included ESG strategies, supply chain management, TCFD, net zero planning and strategy, energy transition policy, internal carbon pricing, wind power risk assessment, and Corporate Power Purchasing Agreements (CPPA).
